We understand that sometimes plans change and while we really hope it doesn’t come to that since our team spends a long time curating each experience down to the tiniest detail, we do have a clear cancellation and refund policy outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your seat to a friend or family member, subject to our approval. We’ll always do our best to help make it work, just reach out as soon as possible.
